We do not have a 24h reception but are always available for our guests.<\/strong><\/p>\n Summer check-in time<\/strong> on the day of arrival: from 15:00 – 17:00 If you arrive later, this must be announced in advance and may incur additional costs.<\/p>\n If the chalet\/apartment is already ready for occupancy, you are welcome to move in earlier. We will inform you one day before your arrival. <\/p>\n Check-out<\/strong> on the day of departure: by 09.30 am at the latest. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. <\/p>\n If you are missing anything during your stay, please let us know. We will help you. <\/p>\n You must bring your own spices or vinegar and oil.<\/p>\n Each bathroom has a hairdryer.<\/p>\n Especially for our younger guests<\/strong><\/p>\n On request, we will be happy to provide you with a baby crib with blanket and pillow and a high chair free of charge.<\/p>\n Coffee<\/strong><\/p>\n All chalets\/apartments have a Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules can be purchased at reception. <\/p>\n Wood<\/strong><\/p>\n Our chalets have a great fireplace for cozy hours. Wooden boxes can be purchased from the janitor for \u20ac 13.50 per box. <\/p>\n For your safety, it is not permitted to bring your own wood. We ask for your understanding. <\/p>\n Internet<\/strong><\/p>\n Each chalet\/apartment has WLAN and is free of charge for our guests. You will find the access code for the internet in our digital guest folder. This can be found in the chalet\/apartment you have booked. There you will find all the information and have everything at a glance. <\/p>\n Laundry and washing machine<\/strong><\/p>\n Some chalets\/apartments have a washing machine. Information on this can be found in the respective description. <\/p>\n Pets<\/strong><\/p>\n Pets are always welcome.<\/p>\n However, pets are not allowed in all chalets\/apartments. In winter, the bus runs every 30 minutes. To the ski areas<\/strong><\/p>\n The Sonnenkopf family area is just one bus stop away from us. All other ski areas such as Lech, Z\u00fcrs, Stuben, Warth and St. Anton can be easily reached from Stuben via the lifts. Exit at Dalaas or Wald am Arlberg. Please do not forget that good winter equipment (winter tires, snow chains) is necessary for a trip to the Alps.<\/p>\n
