Reservations
If there are several reservation requests for the same period, we will give preference to the reservation that we receive first. This applies to all chalets/apartments.
Cancellations
The Austrian hotel contract regulations apply. Cancellations are only valid in writing.
- Free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- Up to 2 months before arrival we charge 40 % of the package price.
- From 1 month before arrival we charge 70 % of the package price.
- In the last week before arrival we charge 90 % of the package price.
Cancellation notices must be received by us in writing by the deadlines stated above and confirmed by us in writing – otherwise the cancellation will not be effective. Please note that in the event of cancellation, the cancellation costs incurred may be offset against any deposit already paid.
Payment options
The hotel bill can be paid by bank transfer, cash (Euro), Maestro/EC-Card or credit card (Visa or Master Card).
