Reception & check in/out
Arrive & Unwind
Check-in
Our front desk is not staffed around the clock, but we can be reached in person.
Your chalet or apartment will be ready for you on the day of arrival—from 3:00 p.m. in the summer and from 4:00 p.m. in the winter.
Summer: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Winter: Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Late arrival? No problem—please let us know well in advance of your arrival.
If the accommodation is ready for an early check in we will offer free of charge.
Checkout
On the day of departure, we ask that you check out of your accommodation by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.
If you're planning to leave very early—before 7:30 a.m.—we'd appreciate a quick note in advance.
Bed linen, towels and bathrobes
We want you to feel at home from the very first moment.
Bed linens and towels will already be laid out for you upon your arrival. You will have three towels per person (sauna towel, bath towel, hand towel).
For stays of seven nights or more, we will change your towels free of charge upon request. For shorter stays, towel changes are available for an additional fee.
Of course, we’ll provide you with a bathrobe free of charge for your time in the wellness area. You can pick it up at the front desk.
Parking lots
Car-Free
Arrive. Park the car. Breath.
For us, a truly special vacation begins the moment you park your car.
One underground parking space is available free of charge per chalet or apartment.
And because your car deserves a break, too: Every parking space in our underground garage has its own wallbox. That way, you can conveniently charge your electric car right on site during your stay. €0.55 per kWh
To support the calm relaxing atmoshere the chalet village itself is car-free.
Our golf carts are available to help you transport your luggage—so you can arrive stress-free and simply leave your car parked during your stay.

Your Chalet
Arrive. Settle in. Feel at home.
Kitchen
Your kitchen is well-equipped for a relaxing vacation—with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware.
Please bring your own spices, vinegar, and oil.
If there's anything you need, just let us know.
Coffee is part of a morning in the mountains
A Nespresso coffee maker is waiting for you in every chalet and apartment.
You can easily pick up the right capsules at our reception desk.
Fireplaces
In select chalets, having your own fireplace is one of the most cozy aspects of an evening in the mountains.
You can purchase firewood from our building superintendent for €13.50 per box.
For safety reasons, only our firewood may be used.
Wi-Fi
Of course, you'll still stay connected to the world while you're with us—if you'd like.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all chalets and apartments.
You'll find the login information in your digital guest folder.
Little Mountain Lovers
Family time is the best time.
Our younger guests are also very welcome here.
Upon request, we will provide you with a free baby crib, complete with a blanket and pillow, as well as a high chair.
When you make your reservation, please let us know briefly what you need.
Four Paws Welcome
The mountain is for everyone.
Your dog is welcome to explore the mountains with you, too.
Dogs are welcome in select chalets and apartments. Please ask us when you book which accommodations are suitable for you and your four-legged friend.
The price is €15.00 per day per pet, not including food or other services.
For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in our wellness area.
Ski lockers
Each chalet and apartment has its own ski locker where you can safely store your skis and ski boots.
Thanks to the ski boot heater, you can slip into dry, warm ski or snowboard boots in the morning, and the fun can begin.
Bus stop
On the Road in the Arlberg Region
The mountains are right outside the door.
The bus stop is located right next to the Arlberg Chalets.
With your guest card, you can ride the public bus for free.
In the winter, the bus runs about every 30 minutes; in the summer, about once an hour.
The Sonnenkopf ski resort is just one stop away. Stuben—and thus access to the Arlberg—is also easily reachable by bus in a quarter of an hour.
This way, you can relax and enjoy your stay—without having to search for a parking spot and without a car.

Directions to Us
By car
The Arlberg Chalets are located in the Klostertal valley, between Bludenz and the Arlberg.
Coming from the west, you can reach us via the A14 Rhine Valley Expressway. Coming from the east, take the A12 Inn Valley Expressway or the Arlberg route.
It is about 20 kilometers from Bludenz to Dalaas-Wald.
In winter, we recommend that you come prepared with winter tires and—depending on weather conditions—snow chains.
By train
Even without a car, you can easily make your way here.
The nearest long-distance train stations are Bludenz and Langen am Arlberg.
From there, you can continue by bus or taxi to the Arlberg Chalets.
By plane
Depending on your itinerary, you may want to consider flying into Innsbruck, Zurich, Munich, Altenrhein, or Friedrichshafen.
We'd be happy to help you plan the rest of your trip.
Reservations
Your Reservation
When anticipation turns into a vacation.
Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of our written confirmation.
To confirm your reservation, we require either proof of travel cancellation or trip cancellation insurance or a deposit of 30% of the total trip price within seven days.
No interest is paid on advance payments. Please make the transfer without charging any fees.
When Plans Change
When you're well prepared, you're more relaxed.
Sometimes things don't go as planned.
Cancellations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (AGBH) as well as our cancellation policy set forth below.

90% of the package price
Cancellations must be made in writing only and become effective upon our written confirmation.
We therefore recommend that you purchase travel cancellation and vacation protection insurance when you make your reservation.
Prices & Payment
Simple and transparent.
Our prices are daily rates for the respective chalet or apartment based on standard occupancy and include sales tax.
In addition, the statutory local tax of currently €4.00 per person per night applies.
You can conveniently pay your bill by bank transfer, in cash, or with an EC/Maestro card, Visa, or Mastercard.
