Reservation and cancellation conditions

Reservations

If there are several reservation requests for the same period, we will give preference to the reservation that we received first. This applies to all chalets and apartments.

Cancellations

The Austrian hotel contract provisions . Cancellations are only valid in writing.

• Free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• Up to 2 months before arrival, we will invoice 40% of the arrangement price.
• From 1 month before arrival, we will charge 70% of the arrangement price.
• In the last week before arrival, we will invoice 90% of the package price.

The cancellation declaration must have been received by us in writing by the deadlines specified above and confirmed by us in writing – otherwise the cancellation is not effective. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, the cancellation costs incurred can be offset against a deposit that has already been paid.

Payment options

The hotel bill can be paid by bank transfer, in cash (euros), with Maestro / EC-Card or with credit card (Visa or Master Card).
