Reception and check in/out
We do not have a 24h reception but are always available for our guests.
Summer check-in time on the day of arrival: from 15:00 – 17:00
Winter check-in time on the day of arrival: from 16:00 – 18:00
If you arrive later, this must be announced in advance and may incur additional costs.
If the chalet/apartment is already ready for occupancy, you are welcome to move in earlier. We will inform you one day before your arrival.
Check-out on the day of departure: by 09.30 am at the latest. If you wish to leave before 7.30 a.m., please let us know in good time.
Bed linen, towels and bathrobes
- The chalet/apartment you have booked is available for the number of people you have booked.
- There are 3 towels per person available free of charge.
Towels can be changed free of charge on request for bookings of 7 nights or more.
Towels can also be changed at any time for shorter bookings for an additional charge. - Bathrobes for the wellness area are free of charge.
Parking lots
One underground parking space is available free of charge per chalet / apartment.
If you are traveling with more than one car, please let us know. We reserve the right that the second parking space is not free of charge.
We are car-free
Please note: Cars are not allowed in the entire chalet village.
Our golf carts are available to transport your luggage.
Further information
Equipment
The chalets/apartments are equipped with the most common utensils. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc.
If you are missing anything during your stay, please let us know. We will help you.
You must bring your own spices or vinegar and oil.
Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
Especially for our younger guests
On request, we will be happy to provide you with a baby crib with blanket and pillow and a high chair free of charge.
Coffee
All chalets/apartments have a Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules can be purchased at reception.
Wood
Our chalets have a great fireplace for cozy hours. Wooden boxes can be purchased from the janitor for € 13.50 per box.
For your safety, it is not permitted to bring your own wood. We ask for your understanding.
Internet
Each chalet/apartment has WLAN and is free of charge for our guests. You will find the access code for the internet in our digital guest folder. This can be found in the chalet/apartment you have booked. There you will find all the information and have everything at a glance.
Laundry and washing machine
Some chalets/apartments have a washing machine. Information on this can be found in the respective description.
Pets
Pets are always welcome.
However, pets are not allowed in all chalets/apartments. Registration is therefore essential.
Pets cost 15.00 euros per day without food or other services.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in the wellness area.

Bus stop
The bus stop is right outside our front door.
With the guest card – which you receive on arrival – the bus is free.
In winter, the bus runs every 30 minutes.
Every hour in summer.
To the ski areas
The Sonnenkopf family area is just one bus stop away from us. All other ski areas such as Lech, Zürs, Stuben, Warth and St. Anton can be easily reached from Stuben via the lifts. You can reach Stuben by bus in approx. 15-17 minutes.

Arrival by car
You can reach the Klostertal (Wald am Arlberg) via the A12 Inntalautobahn (Arlbergpass) in the east or via the Rheintalautobahn A14 in the west.
From Bludenz it is approx. 20 kilometers to Dalaas-Wald (Arlberg expressway S 16). Exit at Dalaas or Wald am Arlberg. Please do not forget that good winter equipment (winter tires, snow chains) is necessary for a trip to the Alps.

Arrival by train
Train station: Langen am Arlberg or Bludenz as international express train stations. From there you can get to the Arlberg Chalets either by bus or cab.
Arrival by plane
Nearest airport: Innsbruck (115 km) with good train connections to Langen am Arlberg.
Nearest international airport: Zurich (200 km) or Munich (320 km). Small airports on Lake Constance: Altenrhein (CH) and Friedrichshafen (D).
