The village in the village

35 chalets and 18 apartments of various sizes

On the former Steinhauser meadows, in a wonderful south-facing location in the middle of the alpine village of Wald am Arlberg, you will find our 35 chalets of different sizes (80 to 115 m2) and 18 apartments (43 to 80 m2; spread over two floors). In two main houses there is the infrastructure that a small village in the village needs: generous Ski rooms, and a Wellness area with saunas, steam bath and swimming pool. Some Chalets also have a private sauna.

The entire area is Carless and there is underground parking for 70 vehicles.

A home from home

Almost all of the work was awarded to local craftsmen who know best how to process alpine materials, wood and natural stone in such a way that the chalets become that cozy, favorite place. The creative architecture concept combines the ingredients for an unforgettable vacation: security and security, freedom and generosity.

Incidentally, the chalets were named after the mountains in our area. The apartments are named after alpine flowers, mountain lakes or mountains that you will marvel at while hiking.

The Arlberg Chalets were Completed in March 2017 .
