Booking information

The prices given are daily prices per apartment, per person with standard occupancy. The prices include VAT | excl. local tax of € 2.80 per person and night.

From November 1st, 2022 the guest tax will increase to € 2.80 per person and night.
They apply to bookings made directly through our website. The prices may differ for bookings via external booking platforms.

Booking conditions

Your order is considered a firm reservation after receipt of our written reservation confirmation and the conclusion of travel cancellation insurance or receipt of your advance payment of 30% of the total travel price per accommodation within 7 days. No interest is paid for advance payments. We ask for a fee-free transfer to our account. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit will be used to pay the cancellation costs. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation and vacation protection to cover any cancellation costs.

The specified booking dates are binding. The reserved apartment / chalet will be kept free until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please let us know. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the accommodation price will be charged. The firm confirmation of a chalet / apartment is not possible.

Please take into account in your travel plan: The chalets / apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival at the earliest, the accommodation is vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest.
