Your booking is considered a firm reservation after receipt of our written reservation confirmation and the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance or the receipt of your advance payment of 30% of the total travel price per accommodation within 7 days. No interest is paid on advance payments. We ask for a transfer to our account free of charge. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit will be used to settle the cancellation costs. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation and vacation insurance to cover any cancellation costs.

The specified booking dates are binding. The reserved chalet/apartment will be kept free until 18.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please let us know. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the accommodation price will be charged. It is not possible to make a firm commitment for a chalet/apartment. Please take this into account in your travel plan: The chalets/apartments are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 15.00 at the earliest, release of the accommodation on the day of departure by 10.00 at the latest. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGB-Hotellerie) apply.
