Here you will find all important information about your arrival and the Arlberg Chalets.
Check-in time on the day of arrival: from 15:00 – 17:00.
If you arrive later, it is necessary to notify us and may incur additional costs.
If the apartment is ready for occupancy, you are welcome to move in earlier. We will inform you one day before your arrival.
Check-out on the day of departure: until 10.00 a.m. at the latest. If you want to leave before 7.30 a.m., please inform us in time.
One underground parking space is available free of charge per chalet / apartment. If you arrive with more than one car, please let us know.
We reserve the right that the second parking space is not free of charge.
Attention: Cars are not allowed in the whole chalet village.
We transport your luggage with our golfcars to the chalets.
Equipment
The chalets and apartments are equipped with the most common utensils. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. If you are missing anything during your stay, let us know. We will help you.
Spices or vinegar oil must be brought by yourself. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
Especially for our little guests
Upon request, we will be happy to provide a baby crib with blanket and pillow, a high chair and a baby bath free of charge.
Coffee
All chalets and apartments have a Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules can be purchased at the reception
Wood
Our chalets have a great fireplace for cozy hours. Wood boxes can be purchased from the janitor for € 13,50 per box.
Due to your safety it is not allowed to bring your own wood. We ask for your understanding.
Internet
Each chalet/apartment has WLAN and it is free for our guests. The access code for the internet is in the guest information folder, which is available in your booked apartment / chalet.
Laundry and washing machine
Some chalets and apartments have a washing machine. Information about this can be found in the respective description.
Pets
Pets are always welcome.
However, pets are not allowed in all chalets/apartments. Therefore, the registration is absolutely necessary.
Pets cost 15.00 euros per day without food or other services. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the wellness area.
Each chalet and apartment has its own ski locker, where you can safely store your ski boots and skis.
The ski boot heater ensures pleasantly warm feet.
The bus stop is located directly in front of our house.
With the guest card – which you get on arrival, the bus is free.
In winter the bus leaves every 30 minutes.
In summer every hour.
To the skiing areas
The family area Sonnenkopf is only one bus stop away from us. All other ski areas like Lech, Zürs, Stuben, Warth and St. Anton can be reached easily from Stuben via the lifts. In Stuben you are by bus in about 15-17 minutes.
Arrival by car
You can reach the Klostertal (Wald am Arlberg) via the A12 of the Inntalautobahn (Arlbergpass) in the east or via the Rheintalautobahn A14 in the west.
From Bludenz it is about 20 kilometers to Dalaas-Wald (Arlberg expressway S 16). Exit Dalaas or Wald am Arlberg. Please do not forget that good winter equipment (winter tires, snow chains) is necessary for a trip to the Alps.

Arriving by train
Train station: Langen am Arlberg or Bludenz as international express train stations. From there you can either take the bus or a cab to the Arlberg Chalets. We are also happy to pick you up from the train station (please let us know in advance).
Arriving by plane
Nearest airport: Innsbruck (115 km) with good train connections to Langen am Arlberg.
Next international airport: Zurich (200 km) or Munich (320 km). Smaller airports on Lake Constance: Altenrhein (CH) and Friedrichshafen (D).
