36 chalets of different sizes and 18 apartments
In recent years, 35 chalets of various sizes (80 to 115 m2) and 18 apartments (43 to 80 m2; spread over two floors) have been built on the former Steinhauser meadows, in a fantastic south-facing location in the middle of the alpine village of Wald am Arlberg. Two main buildings offer the infrastructure that a small village within a village needs: spacious ski rooms and a wellness area with saunas, steam bath and swimming pool.
Some chalets have their own sauna. In addition, the 10,000 square meter Arlberg Chalet area has an underground car park and an outdoor parking lot for around 70 vehicles – because the entire area is car-free.
Our team will take care of room service, cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels, wood for the fireplaces in the chalets and snow removal.
Cozy favorite place
Almost all of the work was awarded to local craftsmen who know best how to work with alpine materials, wood and natural stone to turn the chalets into a homely favorite place. The creative architectural concept combines the ingredients for an unforgettable vacation: safety and security, freedom and spaciousness.
The chalets are named after the mountains in our surroundings. The apartments are named after alpine flowers, mountain lakes or mountains that you will marvel at while hiking.
The Arlberg Chalets were completed in March 2017.
